We offer sliding scale pricing for our ADR services to make housing dispute resolution more accessible for tenants. The total cost of mediation is shared between the landlord and the tenant. The landlord pays a fixed portion, while the tenant’s share is based on their household income. For half-day sessions ($500 total), the tenant may pay anywhere from $25 to $250. For full-day sessions ($1,000 total), the tenant’s portion ranges from $50 to $500. Payment plans are available, and we never turn anyone away for inability to pay.
